TP is a global leader in customer experience (CX), providing customer service, technical support, content moderation, and digital transformation solutions to some of the world\u2019s largest companies. TP leverages cutting-edge technologies\u2014intelligent automation, data analytics, and AI\u2014to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support its clients\u2019 growth.<\/p>\n

In 2023, TP completed the acquisition of Majorel, a major player in the sector that was previously listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Majorel was jointly owned (39% each) by the Moroccan group Saham and the German conglomerate Bertelsmann.<\/p>\n

This strategic transaction significantly strengthened TP\u2019s global footprint through the integration of Majorel Infinity\u2019s technology, operational synergies and efficiency gains, and a reinforced presence in key regions.<\/p>\n

The group now has over 500,000 employees across more than 90 countries, with a pro forma revenue of over \u20ac10 billion in 2024.<\/p>\n

Listed on Euronext Paris since 2007, TP now counts Saham among its major shareholders and Board members.<\/p>\n
