TP leverages cutting-edge technologies—intelligent automation, data analytics, and AI—to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support its clients’ growth.
In 2023, TP completed the acquisition of Majorel, a major player in the sector that was previously listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Majorel was jointly owned (39% each) by the Moroccan group Saham and the German conglomerate Bertelsmann.
This strategic transaction significantly strengthened TP’s global footprint through the integration of Majorel Infinity’s technology, operational synergies and efficiency gains, and a reinforced presence in key regions.
The group now has over 500,000 employees across more than 90 countries, with a pro forma revenue of over €10 billion in 2024.
Listed on Euronext Paris since 2007, TP now counts Saham among its major shareholders and Board members.
