Medjool Star is the agricultural subsidiary of the Group, dedicated to the operation of the world’s largest date palm farm, as well as the management of packaging and marketing of Medjool dates.
Société Générale Marocaine de Banques (SGMB), formerly the Moroccan subsidiary of the Société Générale Group, is a leading banking player in Morocco.
Resulting from a joint venture with Bertelsmann, Majorel is a key player in customer experience operating in 45 countries. In November 2023, the company was divested for 3 billion euros to Teleperformance, a global leader in the sector.
One of the largest insurance companies in Africa, present in around twenty countries with 44 subsidiaries and nearly 2,000 employees. Valued at 2 billion dollars, Saham Finances was fully divested to Sanlam in 2018.
A subsidiary of Saham Finances, Saham Assistance relies on a network of 460,000 service providers worldwide. Today, Saham Assistance has been renamed Africa First Assist after its acquisition by Sanlam.
A national pioneer in insurance and reinsurance consulting and brokerage in Morocco. Agma was acquired by Moulay Hafid Elalamy in 1995, subsequently merged it with the broker Lahlou-Tazi, went public in 1998, and was divested to ONA in 1999.
A Moroccan pharmaceutical group with a presence in Africa through various offices and representative partners (drug production, solutions for rare disease management, and distribution of orphan drugs). Sold in 2020 to SPE Capital Partners, Saham Pharma became Amanys Pharma.
A network of healthcare facilities in Morocco, including four private clinics and two radiology centres with a network of 40 laboratories in Egypt. The divestment of the establishments was finalized in 2020.
