Vignesh has 13 years of experience in family offices and 25 years in the finance industry. He has worked at Miras Family Office and Northern Trust Wealth Management.
Currently, he serves as Saham’s Director of International Investments.
He is a chartered accountant and has earned several certifications, including Chartered MSCI, CPA Australia, STEP Canada, and certifications from Yale and Harvard.
Rim BENSOUDA
Chief Asset Management Officer
Rim is currently the Chief Asset Management Officer. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of La Marocaine Vie and Saham Capital Placement, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Saham Capital Gestion and Saham Capital Bourse.
Prior to joining Saham, she was a strategy consultant at BCG in Paris.
She graduated from EM Lyon and Harvard Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Abdelhalim FADIL
Director in charge of banking supervision
Abdelhalim joined Saham in 2024 as Director of Supervision for investments in financial companies. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Saham Bank, and a member of the Board of Directors of Eqdom, Saham leasing, and Saham Bank Offshore.
With over 27 years of experience in Europe, he has worked across various banking sectors, including retail banking, corporate banking, and investment banking, as well as in key roles such as risk management, front office, and finance. He has also developed expertise in strategic consulting and financial management of cryptocurrencies within the blockchain ecosystem.
He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Head of Legal
Smahane joined the group in 2014, bringing with her almost 10 years of substantial experience in the legal sector.
Smahane worked for some leading names including LexisNexis France and UGGC Avocats.
Mohamed EL MARZOUQI
Chief Financial Officer
Mohamed joined Saham in 2008. He is a member of the Board of Directors of La Marocaine Vie and Saham leasing.
He was promoted to CFO in 2016. He holds over 27 years of experience in Finance and has worked for Inwi and Marjane Holdings.

Fadwa BEN SAAD

Fadwa joined Saham in 2014 where she held various positions including Majorel Steering Director and M&A Director. She has been serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO since 2022. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Saham Bank, and a member of the Board of Directors of Eqdom and Saham leasing.
With over 20 years of financial experience in key positions acquired from major corporations such as OCP (investment management), L’Oréal Paris (financial control), PwC (audit and banking advisory), and BNP Paribas (structured financing).
She is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Reda Bennani
Chief Operating Officer
Reda joined the SAHAM Group in 2020 as Director of Operations and Development at IEG (Saham’s Education business), before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Medjool Star. Since 2025, he has been serving as Director of Operations at the holding company, leveraging 11 years of experience in consulting and operations.
Prior to joining SAHAM, Reda was a Senior Manager at McKinsey & Company in Paris and Casablanca.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of La Marocaine Vie and as a Board Member of Athena Courtage, Al Maghribia Takaful, and Investima.
He is a graduate of HEC Paris and ESADE Barcelona.
Moulay Mhamed ELALAMY
Chief Executive Officer
Moulay Mhamed took on the role of CEO at Saham Management Company in 2013. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Saham Bank and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eqdom.
Before, he served as the CEO of Saham Assurance Maroc, held the CEO position at Saham Assistance, and gained valuable experience with the Boston Consulting Group. Additionally, he worked for a prominent private equity fund.
Graduate of the University of British Columbia in Canada (Bachelor of commerce and business, and exchange programs at Harvard and Sciences Po Paris).
Moulay Hafid ELALAMY
Moulay Hafid ELALAMY is a Moroccan politician and businessman, a former Minister of Industry, Trade, Green and Digital Economy, and the founder of the Saham Group. He is the Chairman of TP and SGMB.
He began his career in Canada in the insurance industry before becoming the Secretary-General of the ONA Group, now known as Al Mada, the leading Moroccan private industrial and financial group.
In 1995, Moulay Hafid ELALAMY founded the Saham Group. Since then, he has established two major companies that are leaders in their sectors: Saham Assurance and Majorel, before diversifying into other key sectors with a strong social impact, such as education, real estate, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
From 2006 to 2009, Moulay Hafid ELALAMY served as the Chairman of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), further solidifying his influence in the business landscape.
From 2013 to 2021, he held the position of Minister of Industry, Trade, Digital Transformation, and Green Economy in Morocco, making him the longest-serving official in this role since 1955. During his tenure, 50 industrial ecosystems and 650,000 new jobs were created, and the industry’s share in Morocco’s GDP increased by nine points.
In 2021, he returned to lead the Saham Group, aiming to further grow its businesses and explore new diversification opportunities.
In 2024, Moulay Hafid ELALAMY was appointed Chairman of the Board of TP and SGMB (Société Générale Marocaine de Banques), today known as Saham Bank.
Moulay Abdelaziz ELALAMY
Director Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer
Since 2019, Moulay Abdelaziz Elalamy has been serving as Director and Special Advisor to the CEO, responsible for Business Development. He is a member of the Board of Directors of La Marocaine Vie, Eqdom, and Athena Courtage. He has also been a Board Member and Vice-Chair of various CGEM Commissions since 2018.
His journey at Saham has been marked by a succession of high-level executive roles across the group. Prior to joining Saham, Moulay Abdelaziz built over five years of industry expertise at Gras Savoye.
He holds a degree from ESG Paris, with a specialization in Marketing and International Trade.
Cyriane EL KHIATI
Chief Human Capital Officer
Cyriane joined Saham Group in April 2025 as Chief Human Capital Officer, bringing with her over 25 years of international experience. She began her career in mergers and acquisitions at PwC and Deloitte in Paris, New York, and Sydney, before moving into wealth management at BMCI, where she worked with shareholder-entrepreneur clients. She then served as Managing Director of Visa Inc. in Morocco and Cape Verde.
She also held the position of Human Resources Director for the Boston Consulting Group in Morocco, where she led strategic HR initiatives for the firm’s five African offices. Prior to joining Saham, she worked in capability building roles at ADS, the consulting subsidiary of JESA, as well as at the JESA Institute.
Cyriane is a graduate of Toulouse Business School. She is an Executive Coach, certified in MBTI and the Enneagram, and is widely recognized for her expertise in leadership, organizational performance, and talent development.
