Who are we ?

Established in 1995 by Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Saham is a private investment firm with investment teams in Casablanca, Dubai, and Luxembourg. Characterized by a robust entrepreneurial ethos, Saham initially ventured into the insurance sector, eventually becoming the leading player on the African continent. In 2018, Saham divested its insurance business, repositioning itself as a multi-sectorial operational investor.

Presently, Saham has a portfolio of four operating companies and engages in Family Office activities. Saham has embraced a proactive and visionary entrepreneurial approach, enabling diversification into sectors with significant growth potential, including customer experience, real estate, education, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and media. Additionally, carefully chosen strategic partnerships have played a pivotal role in the successful execution of Saham's diversification strategy.
